Frequently Asked Questions

Pictures don’t do it justice

This is by far one of the coolest products I’ve ever ordered. Its intended use is in a bathroom but you can definitely use it anywhere in your house. It doubles as a mirror when not in use and you think that would take away from image quality but it doesn’t. As long as the tv is not facing an open window, there is very little reflection on the screen (in the picture above I was standing right next to my wide open patio door so don’t take that as an example). The Chromecast OS makes it super easy to use and set up. It’s snappy and responsive. It’s easy to set up all your apps (ex. Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ etc.). The sound quality is decent as well. It comes with a bracket to mount on your wall if you’d like to go that route. It feels really sturdy and durable and comes with a media input for almost any source (HDMI, Optical etc.). We’ll see over time how it stands up to the humidity and moisture in a bathroom but so far so good!

Overall very happy with our 24" Bathroom TV. Sleek, flat profile. Versatile use. Does exactly as advertised and the quality is great. One improvement opportunity is around the sound. But overall very happy with this purchase!
